The Arkansas Honey Festival schedule provides the locations (Classroom, Bee Yard or Honey House) and times for the many educational classes, workshops and activities to attend at the the festival that range in interest and age. If relaxing is more your style, stop by one of the food trucks to enjoy something tasty while listening to live local music. For a sweet treat, stop by the honey contest and place your vote for the best honey in Arkansas.
All of our speakers are experienced professionals in their field. The majority of the speakers are from Arkansas, but occasionally some travel from other states. Please help us in thanking the speakers for donating their time and knowledge in effort to raise public awareness of honey bees.
The Arkansas Honey Festival schedule and map will be made available as a handout at the event. The information is also posted in advance on social media. For questions about the map or schedule, please see a volunteer or the checkout counter in the Bee Store.
* NOTE: If you plan to attend workshops in the Bee Yard, please bring safety gear or purchase some in the Bee Store. Live honey bees will be flying. Enter the Bee Yard at your own risk. Bee stings are possible. If you are allergic, it is recommended that you stay away from the Bee Yard. Bemis is not responsible for injury.
